HDWIKI开启伪静态后，搜索时翻页会出现乱码，原因是URL中包含汉字乱码。

修改方法只需要将URL规则下面的代码进行修改

RewriteRule ^.*$ index.php?$0

修改为

RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php?$1 [QSA,NU,PT,L]
